Looking for a roommate to start a new Lease beginning July 2025 - June 30, 2026

Ideal roommate would be someone that is responsible, clean, and neat in common areas. Bonus points if you're a transfer student or Non-Traditional/Older student like... myself.

Info about the place:
- 1 bedroom available in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment on ground floor of Park Place Condominiums.
- Great location as it is very close to campus, an easy 10-15 minute walk.
- Bus stops very close if needed (MSN, UCB, PHD, PHB).
- Room may be furnished. I can sell you my old bed frame, mattress, and desk.
- Living room will be somewhat furnished. Table, TV, chairs.
- Kitchen is small but perfectly fine for 2 people.
- Kitchen contains Electric Stovetop, Microwave, Dishwasher.
- Laundromat around the corner on Main Street. ($5.50 wash, $0.25/6min dryer)

- Utilities cost:
- Electricity/Heating: $50-100~/month per person depending on weather
- Internet: $30/month ($15 per person)
- Water: Included in rent.
- Trash/Recycling: Included in rent.
