Looking for someone (preferably a girl) to take over my lease in July. The lease would be from July 2025 to July 2026. It’s a townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths at Old Cedarfield. I have the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk- in closet.... There are 2 other girls, one works full- time and the other is a full- time student. Both are very nice and keep the common areas clean and neat. One has a cat and the other has 2. The location is a 2-minute drive to the Kroger on south main street and is about 2 miles from campus. The bus stop is about a 6-minute walk. Let me know if you have any questions!
