3 bed 2 Bath Knollwood Condo for rent

This is a 3 bedroom expanded unit in the Knollwood community. The primary bedroom includes 2 closets plus an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is shared between the two secondary bedrooms. This unit has 9 foot ceilings and has good natural light... . The bedrooms are all nicely sized as well. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The floor were replaced with new LVT flooring througout and the kitchen appliances have bee replaced with new stainless steel appliances as of September 2024. The balcony has views of the pool and there is an additional storage room off of the balcony. The complex has pool, tennis, and basketball. I am also open to individual room leases vs. one lease for the entire unit. I am an individual property owner and not a property management company. My hokie will be a freshman this year and will be living on campus. I am also a local realtor in northern virgina.
