Lease takeover! Townhouse is a 2 bd, 1.5 bath on the South Main bus route by Nellie's Cave Park, $1280 per month beginning on July 8, 2025- June 23, 2026. The lease includes lawn care, parking, maintenance, garbage, and snow removal. Dishwasher,... garbage disposal, washer, dryer in unit, heat pump/AC. Outside storage and patio are a nice plus. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. The managing company is Townside. If you look on their website, the townhouses in this community (Carriage Square or New Kent Rd) are going for $1400+. Tenant pays for all other utilities. My rent has stayed lower for two reasons: 1. I've lived here for a long time and 2. I don't have a renovated kitchen. Other residents are FT students and professionals so it's quiet.
Call Townside and ask for 331 New Kent Rd. since it's not on their website yet. All paperwork has been completed to transfer the lease.
