We anticipate having a fully furnished private room ready for immediate occupancy. We are located in the northwest quadrant of Blacksburg very close to the Virginia Tech campus. We are within walking distance to the Kroger and bus stop.
You will... share your bathroom with at most one person. There is a nice washer and dryer set.
The rent is non-negotiable at $800 per month and reflects the fact that the room is furnished and includes all utilities (electric, garbage, water, trash, and internet). No worrying about fluctuations in bills. Sorry, no pets, smokers, or drug users.
Of course you are not renting just a single room, you will have access to most of the downstairs areas except for the garage. We have a very nice kitchen.
We are somewhat flexible on lease and are willing to rent according the academic year.
