LOOKING FOR TWO MORE QUIET FEMALE HOUSEMATES (4 people total will live in this house) FOR FALL 2026 (8/1/2026-7/31/2027):
$775 plus utilities: Downstairs HUGE unfurnished bedroom with full bath enclosed in... the room w/designated front parking spot.
$700 plus utilities: upstairs unfurnished large bedroom with shared bathroom. Street parking unless other tenants do not have a car.
*No pets. No smoking/vaping. No non-related overnight guests. No drugs.
We usually try to answer any questions over email and then send the sample lease and roommate agreement to make sure you are comfortable with everything. Then if you are still interested we can schedule a facetime. Then if you think it is a good fit, you can come out in person and tour the house.
-SECURITY DEPOSIT IS one month’s rent and paid when the lease is signed (hopefully in October 2025 via docusign).

- Fully furnished kitchen and living room - has everything needed to cook with.
- There are three bedrooms upstairs and one full bath upstairs. The master has an enclosed half bath. There is a half bath in the kitchen/living room area. Each bedroom has a separate lock and key for your privacy. In the “basement” there is another full bath that is enclosed in her room. Also, downstairs is a den/supply room and another room for the laundry. There is also a deck that you can access through the main living room. There is a patio outside the bottom level.
- You are allowed to sublet the room if you are going to be staying home for the summer, etc., provided the person you are subletting is willing to follow the rules, and we talk with them first to make sure they are a good fit. You are responsible for continuing to pay rent and the utilities even if you are not staying there for vacations/breaks.
ADDITIONAL: You are only liable for your rent for your room, not the entire house. Utilities are already set up, so there are no additional costs. We have the fastest internet plan (Xfinity) with WiFi and ethernet cables installed. NEW HVAC SYSTEM INSTALLED, NEW WASHER AND DRYER. Safe community off South Main St.
