Maple Ridge Townhomes

If you are doing an internship, research, taking summer classes, or anything in between, consider living here for a wonderful summer experience! This sublet is for 1 bedroom on the first floor of a 4 bed/ 2 bath townhome. This is a great place to... live for the summer as you can enjoy the pool or take a quiet walk around the community. The bus conveniently comes to the community. Down the road, you have access to a variety of stores, a yoga studio,Carol Lee Donuts, Food Lion, and more! The room comes fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, walk in closet with storage shelves, 4 drawer dresser, desk, nightstand and chair. We have a kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a large dishwasher. Both common spaces have a couch, chair, and a LG TV. The washer and dryer work fast and are in unit. There is a dog park, playground , and clubhouse with a Starbucks coffee machine, a lounge area, and a study room with free printing available. This community is peaceful, quiet, and overlooks a gorgeous mountain view. I will add more photos and can send more photos over email. Please reach out if you are interested!
