Very well maintained 3 Bedroom Townhouse with fenced in backyard (was my primary residence)

3 bedroom 2.5 bath non-smoking townhouse available in quiet neighborhood (a very easy 8 minute drive to Virginia Tech). This was my home until 2 years ago when I moved to Blacksburg, so it has been very well maintained. [send text msg to request... walkthrough video link]

Primary bedroom is very spacious with attached private full bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms are each very good sized and share a hallway full-bath. First floor has a nice-sized kitchen, open floorplan dining area that flows into a large livingroom and a half-bath off of the hallway. Very peaceful fenced in backyard with a small cozy deck right off of the living room.

Unit has hardwood floors on the main living and carpet upstairs along with gas forced air heat, ac, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Residents are responsible for all utilities. VERY energy efficient, providing exceptional monthly utility bills (water, power, gas, internet, etc.).

The unit faces West, providing great afternoon light and wonderful views of sunsets. Neighborhood is adjacent to the Huckleberry Trail (local recreation trail for walks and bike rides) and only a few minutes walk/bike ride to the Christiansburg Rec Center, Food Lion grocery store, Target and other shopping.
