Carriage Square Townhomes

A private bedroom is available in a spacious 2 Bed / 2 Bath townhome that features a lovely back patio and plenty of natural light from both east-facing (front) and west-facing (patio) openings — sunlight streams through the space all day.

The rent...
includes most utilities — heating, air conditioning, trash, and sewer — with remaining shared utilities (electricity, internet, etc.) averaging $100–120 per person monthly. In-unit laundry (washer & dryer) is available for your convenience.

Location Perks: (1) Walking/bike trails throughout the neighborhood with easy access all the way to VT campus, (2) Two nearby bus stops – the closest just a 1-minute walk away, (3)Free parking right outside the home.

About Me:
I’m a VT grad student in Materials Engineering (male), easygoing and respectful of different lifestyles and schedules. I like to keep the house clean — no strict house rules, just mutual respect and shared responsibility (though I usually just take care of it myself).

I'm pretty flexible about food and routines. I enjoy cooking and often prepare meals at home, but not every day. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances like an air fryer, toaster oven, blender(s), induction cooktops (both flat and wok styles), food processor, and more — some I use often, others just occasionally.

I also love gardening and have been growing plants the past two years, though I won’t be gardening this season due to my academic workload. Overall, I’m laid-back, friendly, and happy to share the space with someone who's considerate and chill.
