1 Bedroom in a 2-Bedroom Apartment at Foxridge (Shared Housing)

The rental is a room in a 2-bedroom 1.5-bathroom apartment that shares only the bath with another room. Each room has its own toilet. The apartment is on the third floor, relatively quieter than the lower floors. A bus stop is very close to the... apartment, less than a one-minute walk. Also, Food Lion is less than ten-minute walk.

You will share the apartment with me, and I intend to take the larger room. However, I will pay $94 more.

I am a PhD candidate in aerospace engineering, and I go to my office almost every day, including weekends. I don't have any pets, don't drink, and don't smoke. I don't throw parties and rarely invite guests. The reason for this boring lifestyle is that I am taking my studies too seriously; however, my prospective roommate does not have to and probably should not.

As I said, I am not at home most of the time, which favors those who like to study at home. However, I am an early bird and a little bit of a light sleeper.
