Windsor Hills Apartments, Cheap, 2 Roommates (Shared Housing)

Third Floor two bedroom one bathroom with office. I have toured the three bedroom option here and the office is bigger than the third bedroom in the three bedroom. It has a window and a small closet as will as a locking door. It is plenty big enough... for a full sized bed, desk, and dresser. The kitchen has updated dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The flooring in the common spaces is laminate and the bedrooms have carpet. The bathroom has a combine shower/bath, a large linen closet, and plenty of storage. The 2nd bedroom has a medium sized closet and is big. The apartment has a coat closet and a utility room with shelves and the washer and dryer, but there is also a bigger washer and dryer in the basement of the unit. The apartment access is inside the building and the paring lot and building hallway is always lit. Mail box's are on top of the hill and you either can drive by them when you come/go from the complex or there is a bus stop right there. There is a time-check bus stop for the Harding (HDG) bus about 100 yards from the building's front door. The bus comes every 15mins on weekdays with a stop at downtown and campus orange loop. It is 15mins from the bus stop to campus. The parking is spacious and you never have to look around to find a spot. They rarely check parking passes so friends can park cars without worry. There is a pool open in the summer and a well stocked gym. There are also plenty of outdoor amenities like hammocks and BBQs. I love laying on the grassy hills when it is warm. Pets are welcome with an extra $25 fee per month in rent. The rooms won't be furnished but the main spaces are.

The bus stops running at 2am on weekends, but the walk to downtown is 30mins and quiet refreshing ;). Read More
