Windsor Hills - 1 bedroom in a shared 2 bedroom apartment with den

One bedroom in a two bedroom apartment for rent for the 2025-2026(August 2025-July 2026) school year in Windsor Hills on Harding Avenue. Lease type is a joint lease.

The apartment is 1146 square feet on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, a den, and a...
patio.

The joint lease runs from August 2025 to August 2026for an entire calendar year. Rent for total apartment is $1351, but split is $675 per bedroom. Splitting rent + power, total monthly rent and bills are around $700-750 a month total, with higher electric bills in winter. No security deposit!

Since I occupy the larger room I pay the entire Internet bill.

The apartment common areas are already fully furnished by me, any incoming roommate would only have to furnish their own bedroom (some basic room furnishings, like tables, lamps, and desk can come with room if requested). The complex is relatively quiet. Plenty of closet/storage space in the bedroom and throughout the apartment. The basement has community washers and dryers, so you never step outside the building to do your laundry. The apartment also has central heat and air, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

There is on-site parking for residents and marked visitor parking throughout the complex. Trash and mail are located near the apartment itself. The leasing office has a 24 hour gym with a cardio room and a weight room and a pool located next to the main office. There is regular bus service (Harding Avenue route) and two bus stops within the complex - with both bus stops being less than a minute walk away.

If you would like more information, more pictures, or would like to tour the apartment send me a message or text!
