Very quiet area in Christiansburg. 1 bedroom with private bath in 3 bedroom 3 bath house (Shared Housing)

I'm an academic librarian at VT. I live in a nice townhouse in Christiansburg. A VT bus does come here if someone from VT lives here. It comes to the end of my block. You can park your car in my driveway. If you don't have a car, I can give... you a few rides, or I can look into renting it out as I drive it very little now due to working at home. The grocery, pharmacy, bank gas, and electric charging stations are on the corner before you drive into my subdivision, the same way they are all over the US. I live four blocks from the Christiansburg Aquatic Center, which is fabulous and $10.00 a month for residents. It also has a gym in it. If you'd prefer the gym and no pool, the Christiansburg Rec center is a mile away and very well equipped with racquetball courts, a basketball court, walk/run lanes, weights, machines, and more. This is the perfect place for a graduate student faculty or staff member who needs peace and quiet. My house is right next to a huge farm. Don't hesitate to contact me for any details you need. I have an ADA ramp to enter the house, but my door is only 32" wide. I have elevator chairs if you need them. They are usually folded up.
