Union Blacksburg

Rent is $1030/mo, which is about $125 cheaper per month than what it is currently going for. The unit for housing purposes is called "D1 Furnished", which I have attached an image of the plan in this email. There are 4 bedrooms, a pretty sizable... kitchen and living room, and a personal, private bathroom.

NOTE: If you find a cheaper property within $200 that is similar, I am willing to match it.

Utilities are not included and come out to an extra $40/month on average.

The lease is individual and is paid for through a portal that Union will provide you. You can set up recurring payments on there so you don't need to worry about accidentally forgetting. The utility bill is also included in that as well so you don't need to separately pay for it.

As for the roommate situation, I know of two others who are coming back, there is going to be an extra roommate who will be unknown. One roommate is very clean and kind, he was a really good roommate. The other was also kind but he had to leave early last year due to personal reasons, but he will be returning. He also helped keep things pretty clean and there have not been any problems at all with my roommates.

As for the units condition, it is actually in pretty good condition. We were fortunate enough to have been given a unit that was well-kept.

In terms of amenities, this unit is located on the top floor overlooking the courtyard. Nearby there are also volleyball courts, a clubhouse that includes a great study area and free coffee/tea, as well as a community pool. There are also volleyball courts and some activities held by Union to make friends! The unit and bedroom overlooks the courtyard which has fire pits, a grill, and great seating!

I am open to further negotiating the price for you as well if needed!
