Union Blacksburg Luxury Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

This is a 1 bedroom lease takeover for a 4 bedroom apartment at the Union.
Rent payment is automated through the apartment website, so it's no trouble at all!

There is no security deposit. I am the only person who has lived in this room (new... apartment complex) so there is no damage to the apartment or room other than one crack in the wall from the building settling.

There is no water bill! Other utilities are paid automatically with rent, and relatively cheap. Maybe $40-$60 a month after being divided among 4 residents. Wi-Fi comes with the apartment.

Amenities include a gym (a really nice one, to be honest), a pool (not always open ,but very spacious), and lots of private and public study spaces to do whatever you want. There is also a dog park, volleyball court, TV lounge, hammocks, grills, fire pits, yoga/cycling room. The apartment has a beautiful mountain view, especially in the morning!

If you are a student at Virginia Tech, there are 2 bus stops that take you directly from the apartment complex to the campus. I literally mean "directly". I walk out my door and the bus stop to campus or downtown Blacksburg is right there. It's super convenient. Also, you are close to campus so walking is definitely an option.
