Union Blacksburg Apartments Close to campus, kroger, and bus stops
Union Blacksburg is a very nice apartment complex; it has many amenities such as study rooms, a big gym, a pool, table tennis tables, TVs in study rooms, etc... The apartment itself is a shared room style, like ones you'd expect on campus, but my... current roommate will not be here during the summer since he has an internship, so you'll have the room all to yourself. The apartment comes pre-furnished, and all utilities except for electricity are included in the rent. Electricy is around $40-50. The perk of this room specifically is that you'll have a much bigger room for half of the price you'd normally pay for your room. I'm also willing to negotiate if you need help paying the base rent.
