Townside Properties Home close to campus (Sublet / Shared Housing)

This sublease is available starting January 1st, 2025 and goes until August 1st, 2025. There is availability to renew after this spring & summer period. This house is shared with 2 other guys, so a male sublessee is preferred. Your room would be... the first room in the hallway, across from the shared bathroom. The house is furnished, as I am leaving my couch, desk, and other small furnishings here for both my old roommates and yourself, but you will need to bring your own mattress & bedframe. I will admit, the furnishings are bare minimum as this unit is most definitely a bachelor pad, but the place has a lot of potential for further development depending on how you want to live. The house has a front and backyard, with a firepit in the backyard. The lawn service is done by the residents, currently we are hiring the neighbor's lawncare business to manage this for us as there is no lawn mower owned by anyone in the house. There are also some cooking supplies already here owned by the other residents and they are willing to share with you. It's a nice little home that's close to campus, about 10 min walk to Goodwin Hall.

**DISCLAIMER** The residents love to host occasional parties. Of course, this is negotiable between all residents as you pay rent just as much as the other 2, but expect loud music and other disruptions maybe 1 night a month. Read More
