The unit is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex. We are looking for two new female roommates to replace our roommates that are graduating. The one room is $390 a month but shares a bathroom with another room. The other room is $430 a month, has its own... bathroom, and is located on the first floor.
We want no partying and no pregamming at the unit, and we have a chore chart where each roommate is assigned a chore to complete each week (ex. vacuuming the living room, sweeping the hard floor, etc.). The utilities are split four ways among the roommates.
