Spring 2025 Sublease/Lease Transfer!!

I will be graduating in December 2024 and am looking for somebody to take over my lease in The Retreat with the option to renew. There will be three other AMAZING female roommates already there with two dogs. I... am willing to cover the application and transfer fees to help with a smooth transfer as well. The floor plan for the apartment is the Stafford style. Your lease will include a spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and all of the shared amenities including the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The Retreat also offers a TV lounge, business center, study rooms, laundry facilities, pool, volleyball court, dog park, sauna, golf simulator, bike storage, grills, walking trails, a clubhouse and a fitness center.
