Hello! I am currently looking for a girl preferably to take over the remainder of my lease (through July 2025) at the Landing at Stonegate, 503 Broce Drive, Blacksburg, VA.
The apartment is a fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath with common areas including... the kitchen, dining/living area, balcony/porch, and in-unit washer and dryer you would share with one other girl. It’s is about a 15 minute walk to campus, with parking spots and a BT bus stop right out front. Current rent is $1,074 including utilities, but can be negotiated.
