The Edge Apartments (Shared Housing)

Hi, I’m Daniel. I’m looking for someone to take over the lease of my room at the Edge Apartments from 08/01/2025 - 07/24/2026. Our apartment is on the top floor of the building making it the most quiet and desirable location. The edge apartments are... regarded as some of the nicest off-campus housing in Blacksburg and by far the closest apartment complex to campus. There is a bus stop in the complex but most residents choose to walk to campus because of how close it is. Every room has its own bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet. There is currently a computer science major and an electrical computer engineer major who have both signed a lease through 2026. Both are great tenants and people and are extremely accepting of newcomers. My room (room B/ bedroom 2) will be open for tenants starting this spring semester and room D will be open this coming fall semester. Everyone living in the apartment respects the property and keeps the common area relatively clean at all times.
