Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the edge at the end of December. Currently leaving and will not be retuning the next semester and need to find someone to take over asap. Rent is $1,200 a month and includes all utilities,... apartment is fully furnished with a private bathroom and in-unit laundry. The apartment is located a five minute walk to campus with multiple bus stops nearby. There is one other roommate who is very kind, quiet and cleans up after herself very well!! the only thing you guys would share is the kitchen, living room, and laundry room.
