Looking for a lease transfer for the Spring 2026 semester, Jan 1st 2026 onwards.
1 bedroom in 4 bedroom apartment. 1st floor, twin size bed, Ethernet access, each room has its own bathroom. Washer dryer located in common area. Apartment is furnished... , including fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc.
The Edge is about a 5 minute walk from the north end of campus, 20 min walk to the south side. Parking is not assigned, but there are enough spaces so I've never had trouble finding a spot. You will need to pick up a sticker to indicate you are a resident. There is a communal area with printing, a 24h workout room and a pool on the premises.
Rent is $1100; this includes all amenities - electricity, water, trash recycling, internet. The internet is fast (~400mbps wired) and I rarely have any issues with connectivity.
