Available June 2025 through July 3rd 2026. Rent is $600 plus utilities (usually around 100 a month). The room listed is in a finished basement. There’s two rooms down there so you could turn one into an office or just use it for storage if you want.... You’ll also have a private full bathroom to yourself. In the common area of the basement, there is a small home gym plus a mini fridge that are free for you to use. There’s a new washer and dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator all replaced in the past year. There’s a parking spot in the driveway, plus plenty of street parking if you need. Surrounded by families. There is currently a cat residing in the house. Pet deposit has already been paid so you would not have to pay any extra if you choose to bring a pet. There will be an option to renew the lease at the end of the lease year, including the option to switch rooms.
