The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with mostly grad students and young professionals. It's on the top floor, so it gets great natural light in the afternoons. The location is super convenient - it's about a 15-20 minute walk or a <5 minute drive to campus. There are also several Blacksburg Transit bus lines <2 mins away (UCB, TCR, TCP, PRG, PHB). Parking is free and pretty relaxed over the summer, so it's easy if you have guests.
