It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute bike ride (It’s off Tom’s Creek). My place is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, most of the utilities are included in rent which is around $730 a month, except for energy which adds around an additional $60 a... month so far in the warmer months. I live in the “renovated” option which basically just means that they changed up the kitchen cabinets and bathroom tiling a bit and the kitchen tiling. And also replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring everywhere except the bedrooms. It is also pet friendly if that’s a concern. There is a laundry room on the first floor of the building.
