This is one bedroom in a townhome on Wellesley Court, leased by the owners directly (Lance & Leslie). There are three cats who also live in the townhome so we would like pet-friendly roommates :-)

This is a non-smoking home with pets living on-site, within walking distance to Virginia Tech through a series of private community walking/biking paths that hook into the Huckleberry. There is a large 400sqft back deck and shared access to a fully-furnished kitchen, dining, and living space. The house is equipped with WiFi (cable internet), central heat/AC, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and has convenient on-street parking.
