Looking for a roommate: 1B/1B available starting July 24, 2026

I am looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment located at 215 S. Knollwood Drive, about a 3-minute walk from the bus stop.

The apartment is on the top floor and... includes a balcony, fireplace, AC, in-unit laundry, parking, and access to a clubhouse. It is also pet friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and relaxing.

I have lived here for two years and have really enjoyed the never-too-crowded bus, convenient access to the center, and the calm environment and amenities.

I have also lived with a wonderful roommate who is graduating this year, and I would love to share the space with someone new who is respectful, kind, and easy to live with.

A little about me. I am a graduate student in Mathematics. I am generally quiet and respectful, but I do enjoy occasional friendly gatherings. I would love to live with someone who has similar values and lifestyle.

Since we will be sharing the apartment, I would be most comfortable with a female roommate. The apartment is pet friendly, and I would be especially comfortable living with someone who has a cat.
