The townhouse features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen,... in-unit laundry, and available parking. Rent is $615/month, with utilities shared. There is a CRC bus stop just in front of the townhouse. You’ll be living with two female graduate students in VT, who are quiet, respectful, and enjoy video games and hiking. You will own the one of whole floor, including personal living room, balcony, bedroom and bathroom. We maintain a clean and peaceful environment, perfect for studying and relaxing.
