Private room and bath available January 1, 2026

Hello! This is a private room available from January 1, 2026-June 30, 2026. It is a sublease with the option to renew for the following year. The current roommates are two females, one grad student and one young professional. We are looking for one... female to join us. The room available has its own attached, private bath. Our place is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with an extra room on the main floor that can be used as a guest bedroom, office, workout room, etc. We have a small patio out back, and on the second floor we have a laundry room with full in-unit washer and dryer. There is 1 cat, and while there is room for one more cat, no dogs, please.

The rent for the room is $535 which includes trash and recycling. If you have a pet it is $50 extra per month. Our other utilities are a little under $100 a month on average per person. We have a yearly lease, and the room would be available January 1, 2026.

We hope to find another female graduate student or young professional that can fill this spot. Please reach out to me if you're interested, want to tour the place and meet the current roommates, or have any questions!
