Private home style lodging situation for graduate or post doctoral student or faculty member is an attractive alternative to motel or multiple roomer living. This second floor space has a very large bedroom with a queen sized bed (linens included if... desired), private bath, large lounge room with small dining table and chairs, small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, hot beverage appliances, and the ability to use home owner’s washer and dryer. There is no access to owner's kitchen, however there is off street parking. Owner has one dog who is good with people and does not venture upstairs. The rent for the large bedroom, bath and lounge area is $600 per month. By car it takes approximately 15 minutes to get from the townhouse to either Blacksburg or Radford, and is located close to the Farmhouse restaurant in Christiansburg. Food service can be provided by owner at an additional fee if desired. Owner has commercial kitchen experience.
