Fully furnished with central air/heat and all utilities included in the monthly rent. Will rent by the month or semester and will also rent for a year. The house is divided into 3 separate units. Two units (available January 2026) have private entrances, small kitchenettes, and private bathrooms ($1200/month for the green carpet ground level walk-out and $1200/month for the red carpet with jacuzzi tub). Unit available for rental starting in August 2025 is the two bedroom (second bedroom is converted attic space), one bathroom unit with full kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. Living room contains two single trundle beds. Both bedrooms in this unit are available. The bedrooms in this unit are $1000 each month for a total of $2000 monthly for the entire private unit. Should the living room be used as a third bedroom, then the rent for 3 students for the entire unit is $2400/month ($900/month for each of the two private bedrooms and $600/month for the living room bed.
