Here is all the information you will need for the sublease process. The Sublessee would need to apply and qualify with TnT Flinchum Property Management. Requirements for approval are at least a 680-credit score and make at least three times the... monthly rent or with a Co-Signer. Once the applicant(s) are approved, TnT Flinchum Property Management will process the paperwork to get the sublease started. There is a $400.00 Sublease Fee that will need to be paid before the paperwork can be sent. This fee can be split in half by the sublessee and sublessor. As far as the security deposit is concerned, the incoming resident would pay the sublessor directly. The deposit the sublessor paid to TnT would stay in escrow until TnT Flinchum Property Management regains possession of the property. The incoming residents are required to have renters’ insurance and will need to provide TnT Flinchum Property Management a copy upon move in. The incoming residents will be taking the Property as is.
