🏡 Lease Takeover – 1 Bed / 1 Bath at Chasewood Apartments (Blacksburg)
I'm a recent graduate that will be moving out of town and am looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment at Chasewood Apartments (does not come with cat pictured lol).
📍 Location: Chasewood Apartments,... Blacksburg 📆 Dates: Flexible, but aiming for a late August or early September move 💰 Rent: $981/month (includes internet, water, sewage, and trash — electric is separate) 🐾 Pet-friendly
The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with mostly undergrad/grad students and young professionals. It's on the top floor, so it gets great natural light in the afternoons. The location is super convenient with about a 15–20 minute walk or <5 minute drive to campus. There are also several Blacksburg Transit bus lines (UCB, TCR, TCP, PRG, PHB) less than 2 minutes away. Parking is free and pretty relaxed, so it’s easy if you have guests.
I’m also looking to give away my full-sized bed (frame + mattress) along with the apartment - totally free if you need it!
