Jefferson Apartments, close to campus
It’s a top-floor unit, so no noisy neighbors above us. The place has wooden parquet floors, natural light, AC, a balcony, and a super chill vibe. There's a washer and dryer in the building, and the living room is already set up with a couch and a... dining table you’re welcome to use. It’s pet-friendly, has parking space, and the neighbors are all super nice and respectful. It’s one of the quietest areas in Blacksburg, which is a rare find. Location-wise, it’s about a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, 10–15 minutes to Main Street, and around 20 minutes to campus by walking. You’re really close to everything, but the neighborhood still feels peaceful and relaxed. Utilities are all included except electricity and internet. The good part is that electricity is super cheap, like $20 to $30 a month, because our heating runs on gas. I’m open to living with anyone; gender and level of study don’t matter to me.
