Individual Lease (male) for takeover at 1711 Whipple Drive in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (Shared Housing)

I am looking for a student to take over my Off-campus "Individual Lease" apartment available for lease takeover (not sublet). Lease is from August 7, 2025 through July 22, 2026 in a 4-bedroom, 2-Bathroom apartment with individual inner-locked... separate rooms for your individual privacy (each person will share 1 of the 2 bathrooms with 1 other student, and the living room, kitchen, and balcony are shared spaces for all 4 roommates). This would be at the 1711 Whipple Drive Apartments, where there is private parking (included with lease) and an on-site community laundry. The renter could either use a car for transport, as parking is included, or the Blacksburg Transit (BT) bus route along the NMG (North Main Givens) line. Would recommend trying for the Perry Street parking garage for the parking pass, if you choose to use a car, since this is a quick drive to that garage. I had chosen this apartment and signed the lease before I was officially accepted to transfer to return to my home state of Pennsylvania to continue my education closer to home. I chose this apartment for the quiet area, nearby grocery, pizza place, Chinese food place, and Pharmacy, and there is a public walking trail nearby, where I could walk/run/bike. I also liked that the lease is individual, so I would not be responsible for the cost of any roommates leaving a shared lease. Shared costs in ADDITION to the $605/month rent would be splitting costs of electric and WiFi with the other roommates (I do not know the roommates, because I had chosen 'roommate matching', but should also be male VT students). This lease is for a specific room within a specific apartment in the complex, as I had chosen this room in the apartment when I toured, because I like the size and location of the room within the apartment.
