I have a place

It is a 900 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath in Christiansburg. The apartment is a quick 10 minutes from campus. Rent is 400$ a month per bedroom plus utilities. The utilities range from 50-80$ a month depending on the time of year, and the internet is 35$ a month... . The apartment is mostly furnished, there is in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and free parking. I currently have a dog she is a 7-year-old corgi/chihuahua mix. Other dogs may be considered after an initial meet-up to make sure they get along. No cats I'm allergic. Please email or text me if you have any questions!
