This is a 2nd floor cozy apartment that is convenient due to being next to two bus stops 1-2 minutes away and the Quad Community Center (and subsequent bus stop!) which has a mini gym that does the job and other amenities including a pool. The... property is next to a beautiful and serene pond and a trail you can walk along. The property itself when walking in has it's potential living room next to the door to the outside veranda. The kitchen is right next to the living room with the potential dining room right outside the entrance to it. Going down the hall you have a closet usually used for utility, etc which previous was used in conjunction with roommate. Then farther down you have the bathroom and tub/shower on the right and a smaller bedroom on the left. Finally, the bigger bedroom area in front has a walk in closest and it's own half bathroom (does not have a shower/tub just a sink and toilet). Both rooms have windows for natural lighting and blinds that do with them. Compared to on campus housing you have your own privacy especially here.
