Foxridge Richmond Lane (JAN-AUG 2025)

I don’t have everything exact, but the place is at Foxridge and the rent is $681 for one person per month, not including internet or power. (Rent, internet, and power put together is typically ~$750 per month).

1 shower in the main bathroom, but we... each have our own sink and toilet. (the master bathroom has no shower so you share a shower)

Our current Internet is $20 per person, and the power bill varies based on usage (usually $25 per person if used sparingly).
