Foxridge Apartment

It is a Foxridge Apartment in the Southeast corner of the Hethwood/Prices Fork neighborhood near the Huckleberry Trail and Stroubles Creek. The apartment is located on the third floor with no one above it. It has a master bedroom with a private full... bathroom (I do not occupy this space and can give little detail on it), two smaller bedrooms, one full bathroom connected to the hall, a closet, a living space, a kitchen, and a balcony. We have a working fridge, oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal in the sink. The floor is carpet everywhere except the kitchen and the bathrooms. The laundry room is on the first floor. To start the washing and drying machines you'll need to download the app Sudkick (they have a QR code on the machines) or use quarters.
Before utilities, our rent is $1422. We split the utilities evenly between the three of us. All expenses are due within the first 5 days of every month. It is important to note that it is best to have all the rooms filled up to lower the cost of each of us paying. Internet is not included, so at least one tenant would have to have their own, the individual who does would have their rent reduced.
There's usually a bus every fifteen minutes outside of the apartment during the normal hours on weekdays. They also run on the weekend as well, just not as often. There's also the option of walking to campus by taking a trail underneath the highway that follows Stroubles Creek to the Duck Pond, it takes about 30 minutes for the average person.
