Female Shared Housing in South Blacksburg - Available Now or Spring 2026

Room is available starting in August through June of 2026 due to departing postdoc (lost funding). Rental unit is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath, with one furnished bedroom available and whole unit is furnished - ready for move-in! You would have your own... bathroom and access to the rest of the unit including: kitchen, living/dining area, a shared home office/guest room and lots of storage space. Located in a quiet neighborhood in South Blacksburg on Palmer Drive convenient to Kroger and more, including a short walk (~5 min) to Main Street bus stops.

Duplex would be split with the current roommate (see profile), a teaching faculty member at Virginia Tech. Females only, preferred professional or graduate student, but all are welcome who are non-smoking, responsible and tidy/clean (no pets). Undergraduates can be considered with approval of landlord - require guarantor and references.
