Entire downstairs living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a separate entrance. All private, shares an upstairs kitchen with 1 roommate. Rent is $600/month, with utilities (electricity, water, and wifi) additionally split each month. Unfurnished.

The... house is located in Christiansburg, with just a 10 min drive to Virginia Tech, 14 mins to Radford University, and 2 mins from Kroger. Quiet neighbors, safe residential atmosphere, easy access to main road. Includes a shared dishwasher and AC/heating. I own a washing machine and dryer, which you’re welcome to use. No carpet, only vinyl and tile flooring. Also has a wooden deck and a nice backyard.

I'm a female, recent VT Communications graduate working remotely upstairs and looking for a downstairs roommate- preferably around the same age. Junior/senior undergrad students, graduate students, and younger professionals encouraged. Quietness during the day is appreciated! I enjoy Nintendo games, crafts, and taking care of my plants. I’m happy to chat, but also fine with keeping to ourselves- no pressure!

Ideally looking for someone who can commit to staying until May/June/July of next year. Potential to renew if all goes well. No pets allowed, no smoking/vaping.
