Duplex in quiet area on North Main Duplex (Shared Housing)

Cute duplex in a quiet area off of North Main. ~1 mile from campus, near PHD bus stop (but only goes one way; you'd have to ride most of the route to get to campus from that stop). 1950 built, still has some 50s charm... like blue bathroom tile and wood cabinets. Hardwood floors in all rooms except kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Room available is front bedroom with window facing driveway. Furnished, as in I own the furniture and appliances are included. Bedroom is small but you can fit a good amount of stuff in there if you play it right (I have a large desk and double bed in my room and there's plenty of room to get around, there is a small closet). Has a mini-split AC unit in the living room that cools the living room and kitchen and would probably cool front bedroom if door is open. Heat is electric baseboard without a fan so I typically do not run it because I am broke and worried about fire hazards, but it does work if you give it enough time to heat a room. Has private driveway and backyard with small deck space (lawn care is included in rent), I also have a fire pit.
