Condo in Brightwood Manor, 3 bed / 2 bath. 4 bus routes. Affordable rent!

I have lived here for one year already and another room is filled, the available room is a good size and has a window. The bathroom is shared with one other individual but we each get our own sink. The shared spaces are furnished and we have plenty... of dishes and everything. You will only need to furnish your own room! Unfortunately pets are not allowed. No smoking indoors, but we do have a patio.
My other roommate has told me that her family requires her to have female roommates, however I am trans-masc, so we’re looking for a roommate who is chill with that.
