I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Cedar Pointe Apartments, 200 Cedar Pointe Drive, Blacksburg, VA, starting this August. It’s $915/month each, fully furnished, with washer/dryer in unit, high-speed internet included,... free parking, and right on the bus line — super close to campus.

I’m an incoming EWR PhD student at Virginia Tech. Open to anyone, but ideally looking for a female roommate who’s quiet, clean, and easygoing.
