I am a incoming graduate student and former undergraduate student looking for a roommate for the next year.

Location is nice and surrounded by natural vistas, but still has easy access to town and campus. Unit is on second floor with nice views from... bedrooms and close access to buildings amenities. Water and Electric are not included with rent.
