BEST LOCATION EVER, downtown apartment on main, looking for 1 MALE roommate

Looking for 1 Male roommate for a 3bd 2bth apartment for next year on Roanoke/Main Street downtown right next to champs, above the psychic, and across from the 7-11. You will not find a better location then this in Blacksburg. It is a 15 minute walk... to almost anywhere on campus so you never have to take the bus and miss class by accident. It is right above and next to every bar in Blacksburg so you never have to get ubers or dds anywhere downtown. You will be living with me, Owen Goodman, and my friend, Will Scott. We are both clean and vow to keep the place as clean as possible, we are both respectful and chill.

The biggest downsides are no laundry and no parking, however the location and the price certainly makes up for this.
You can park about a block away across main street and there is a laundry mat right down the road so its really no big deal.

I would love to meet anyone that is interested and show you the place as my brother currently lives there.

P.S it is a little messy but I vow to personally clean the entire thing and make it spotless before next
