This unit can be subleased from (anytime between March-May 2025) to July 2026 for $799 per month.

This unit can be subleased from August 2025 to July 2026 for $829 per month.

The unit's lease can also be transferred to the new tenant. This will... result in a $600 transfer fee ($300 will be covered by me). Rent would change to $799 per month (Includes furniture, internet, and water/sewer).

The sublease will cover all utilities (electricity, water, heat, and internet) as well as liability insurance. The monthly payment listed above will cover all required expenses.

Bedroom A is furnished (full-size bed, desk and chair, & dresser) and available for sublease in any period between March 2025 and August 2026.

This unit is within walking distance of three time-checked bus stops and a 25-minute walk from the academic region of VT.

Space will be shared with three males (Class of '26). Housemates tend to keep shared living areas and bathrooms clean. Have never had a noise complaint with any of them.
