Affordable Spacious Windsor Hills Apartment - Only One Minute Away from Bus Stop

I am looking for someone to sublease or take over my room in the apartment Spring 2025

This is a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment at Windsor Hills with all the major amenities, such as air conditioning, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, patio/porch... , and even a storage unit or units in the basement of the apartment building. I am renting out/subleasing the largest room which I will point out in the attached pictures, but this room has a double-sized closet and enough space to fit a nightstand, large TV, corner desk, queen bed, mini fridge, and couch with room to spare.

The rent is starts at about 480$ and in months where there is heavy electricity usage or water usage, it can go to about 515-525$. This number includes utilities. At the start of the sublease there will be a 3 roommates, however, one of the three has partially moved to his partner's apartment so it is a quiet and clean place, and doesn't feel overcrowded.

The apartment has a free 24/7 gym with separate cardio and weightlifting areas, dog park, grilling and hammock areas, pool, and is pet friendly. The pet policy allows a maximum of 4 cats, 4 dogs, and unlimited other small animals, but there will not be any pets or pet related items in the apartment at the start of the lease.

The bus stop is a minute walk away from the apartment in the neighborhood and is a time-check stop so you have 5 minutes to get to the bus from the start of the stop. Each renter gets a free parking pass on move-in, however, the parking policy is very loose and there are multiple visitor spots right outside the apartment that friends, family, or a 2nd car is allowed to park in (you do not need to notify the leasing company or Windsor Hills ahead of time, and you do not need to print out a visitor pass).

The dining area, kitchen, and living room are fully furnished with most necessary utensils, plates, appliances, couches, tables, chairs, and even a communal printer. The shower head has been upgraded for excellent water pressure and there are multiple storage areas and closets in the apartment, including a large pantry.

I plan on taking most of my furniture, but if there is an interest in leaving one or more of the furniture items for the incoming renter, that can be negotiated. Additionally, I will have an extra queen and full size bed frame for anyone for free as necessary.
