This 1BR loft in the Sunridge complex is perfect for 1-2 people who want to be close to campus but prefer a more quiet location (a good amount of grad students/young professionals). Features include a balcony, in-unit laundry, easy access to campus... via bus stops off of Tom's Creek, and the landlord considers pets (lots of dogs in the complex). I've had no issues with Raines property management and they're responsive.
I've had a change of plans last minute and am looking for someone to sublease from Jan 1-July 1 with the option to renew the lease. Would be happy to discuss keeping it fully furnished as I'll be selling everything--big couch, double bed, end tables, TV, console, etc.
